Developing an awareness of your signature voice and speech pattern will help you understand it better and focus on areas that might need help.

BREATH IS LIFE

Understanding breathing techniques and how you can make it work for you to support your voice with your breath so as to prevent strain and damage to the vocal cords.

CLARITY IS KEY

Through articulation exercises, we develop an awareness of the placement of vowels and consonants in the articulators so as to achieve clarity and do justice to any language we choose to communicate in.

DEVELOPING YOUR VOCAL RANGE

You will learn to explore, expand and exploit your vocal range through modulation exercises where you play with pitch, pace, pause, and volume to create vocal colour, dynamics, and inflections.

ADDING NUANCE

Projection, intonation, and resonance add subtle nuances to speech to accentuate meaning and to make sure your message is accurately delivered through your speech.

Asif Ali Beg's passion for the stage led him to study acting at the prestigious East 15 Acting School, University of Essex, UK. His journey as a performer began in 1982 when he embarked on an international cruise liner as a singer. Over the years, he honed his craft, performing with various bands and eventually launching his own, 'Mantra.' His debut album, 'Jantar Mantar,' showcased his original Hindi pop songs, captivating audiences in India and beyond.

Theatre Maestro

Asif's belief that every singer must also be an actor led him to remarkable roles in iconic productions like "Othello," "Jesus Christ Superstar," and "The Gut Girls." He even directed and led the cast of "On Broadway," a musical production featuring the hits of Broadway.

Voice Animation and Dubbing Extraordinaire

As a dubbing artist, Asif's voice brought beloved characters like Winnie the Pooh, Roger Rabbit, and Olaf from "Frozen" to life. He's received accolades for his innovative use of voice talent, making his mark in the animation world.

As a dubbing artist, Asif's voice brought beloved characters like Winnie the Pooh,

Asif regularly works with some of Indias premier dubbing production houses like “Sound and Vision India” “Audiomagick” and ‘Aradhana films”. He has also worked with “The Learning Curve” led by Dr.Manju Sampat, “The Arts Quotient” led by Swati Apte, “The Indian School of Image Management” led by Sonia Dubey where they train people in the corporate sector. He has also taught voice and speech at the Drama School Mumbai and Whistling Woods Film School. Most recently Asif was voice coach to the young stars of the upcoming Zoya Akhtar Netflix feature ‘The Archies’. Asif also works regularly as English language dubbing director for Netflix feature films and web series.
